Dr. Maria grew up right here in East Brunswick NJ with her parents. Her father, a general dentist, was very excited about her becoming a pediatric dentist and has always encouraged her to pursue her dreams.
Dr. Maria finished her Bachelor of Arts in biology in 3 years at New Jersey Institute Of Technology as part of a 7 year accelerated dental program. After completing the 3 years at NJIT, she then completed the remaining 4 years and graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey. She received highest honors and was involved in many leadership roles in the American Student Dental Association. During dental school, she also had the privilege of treating many underserved children in La Romana, Dominican Republic as part of the World of Smiles Organization. This experience solidified her passion and pursuit of a career in pediatric dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Maria completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Temple University where she developed the skills necessary to provide the best care for your children.
Dr. Maria has always known she wanted to work with kids ever since she was a high school youth volunteer at her local church. The playful and simple nature of children has always drawn her to them and she hopes to put a smile on every one of her patients’ faces. She will always put your child first and treat them with the same level and quality dental care, love and respect she would give to her own children.
Outside of the office, Dr. Maria enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family! She also loves to play all kinds of sports, especially soccer and pickleball. Dr. Maria is so excited to be back in East Brunswick to serve the community that has done so much for her already!
